Cedar Acres homestead

Hello! We’re Jeff and Mallory Christian, proud owners of Cedar Acres Homestead. What began as a small hobby farm with just a few chickens and ducks soon grew to include goats and pigs, quickly outgrowing our tiny property. In December 2020, we relocated to Gladwin, Michigan, where our true homestead journey began. Our goal was to embrace a more self-sufficient lifestyle—raising our own meat, cultivating a thriving garden, and using goat milk for both consumption and homemade skincare products. Along the way, we discovered a sense of accomplishment in our efforts to live sustainably. As we built our homestead, we found inspiration and encouragement from like-minded creators on YouTube who shared our passions and dreams. This sense of community inspired us to start something special, and in 2025, our Goat Snuggling adventure was born. Since then, it’s been an absolute joy to share moments of happiness, connection, and fun with so many wonderful people.
